Very poor service and very unorganized

Service was bad. Extra charges were added to my final price even tho I refused them. I had to drive back and forth over 100km 3 times in a month to fix their mistakes. No gas money was given to me in those three trips I had to make. Over all experience was very disappointing.

Overall everything was okay. The length of time for the service was a bit long. I'm glad that I wasn't waiting around for my truck. I would have had to take the majority of the day off. Booked in for 9:00 am and not finished until 2;00 pm. Miles

I paid for air conditioning and still have no air conditioning.

My air conditioning wasn't working, so I had it replaced. It hasn't worked since as it freezes up on hot days. Service advisor says that the Technicians do not know the problem and do not know how to fix it. So I still have no air conditioning. It has been in many times to try to fix it. During those times taking apart the Dash, my air bag module broke ($850) and the last time it was in and took apart the Dash, the dimmer switch on my dash has not worked since. Some days I have Dash lights, some days I don't. I have now spent $4000 on the air conditioner ( and related issues or things that broke during the process of trying to fix my air conditioner) and I still do not have air conditioning. I don't blame anyone as I understand if they can't figure it out or fix it.... but it does suck for me.

wont fix warranty stuff like other dealerships do, poor people skills

i have done these before for my experience but keep sending them.hoping i will give something positive? they wont fix things under warrenty. what they told me was not fixable or did fix the second problem it leaked again not even a week later and i went to birchwood in winnipeg they fixed what craig dunn said was not fixable and had to repair what craig dunn had just supposidly repaired a week earlier.

True appreciation was shown from sales, financing and owners on the purchase of our truck.

ALWAYS greeted with a smile and handshake, it's the little things that go a long way. All options were shown when it came to financing and we never felt pressured into making a commitment that we were not comfortable with. Jim (sales) made us feel very comfortable thorough and complete when going over the many options in our truck. The complimentary coffee mugs were great too.
