We had an issue with our AC in our Nissan Rogue and took it to the Jim Thompson for a service appointment. We dealt with Catarina and she was professional and always kept us to informed. The service team was friendly and professional and we will definitely come back for service. Thank you to the Service Team for your professionalism and making us feel comfortable and going over the issues that needed to be fixed - FIVE STARS !!!!!

Dean was an excellent sales person. He asked if we needed help but wasn't pushy about it and he was very knowledgable about the inventory. He was able to help us find what we wanted, gave us time to make a good decision and was up front about the vehicle - no surprises. Thank you Dean! Highly recommended!

So what is weird is that I was never even given a walk around on delivery let alone have a picture taken for the website, we were sped through financing and came 3 times to test drive this vehicle with appointments that was not even on the lot and nobody let me know. A few other gems were the tint was done wrong and the warranty issues were not taken care of even though I left the vehicle for over a week to have the vehicle “ready for delivery” I had to on my own time have tint fixed and warranty issues done. I have bought from many dealers but will not be returning to this one.

My first cat buying experience was made smooth and worry free at Jim Thompson Chrysler. Their staff were friendly and professional, walking us through the process at a comfortable pace. Dean and Ryan were excellent salespeople who did a wonderful job in helping us to choose the right vehicle for us. I would, and probably will, go back when the time comes.
