Kas and the team at experience Hyundai were lovely. I went in not knowing what I was getting myself into, but Kas and Jason helped me out in finding a vehicle that suited my lifestyle. I was tremendously overjoyed with the attention they gave me and the reassurance that buying a new car was my choice and they were just there to help me along. I feel confident that choosing Experience Hyundai was the best decision I could have made in purchasing a new vehicle. I can't describe how truly grateful I am to have had Kas sell me my beautiful new Accent! Chris and the whole team were very accommodating to us, and I was very impressed with how well Chris listened and paid attention to my wants and needs towards our choice of vehicle for our growing family. Being 9 months pregnant; emotional and uncomfortable, everyone was very helpful;offering me a place to sit, and making sure my step daughter was comfortable as well. Thank you Chris, Jason and the Hyundai team for helping us make our vehicle transition quick, smooth and comfortable! We will be bringing our new baby home in style!

Buying a new car

From the moment we walked into the premises we were treated like honoured guests. The information was given to us from multiple people in a very comprehensive yet totally understandable way with visuals to help the intake of all the information and choices. One of the reasons we have returned to this company is because my husband feels so comfortable in dealing with all the people especially the service department, but the floor manager and the salesmen were extremely helpful and courteous. It was a bit of a treat to get our Bluetooth set us as this is our first vehicle with this feature. Then to have the photo was like a party and we felt really special from this experience, besides loving our new car. Special thanks to Kas, Chad and Jason for their excellent service! We greatly appreciate it!

I was contemplating trading my elantra for something bigger and Joe Mitchell was great. He was made my appt his number one priority and showed me around. He explained everything in clear terms and went out of his way to ensure I was satisfied with my new vehicle.
