Wheaton charged me >60% more labour hours than defined in the GM service information for my required repair, and >130% more labour hours than actual time required to complete the repair!! The GM service information lists the repair (Replace EGR Bypass valve) as 7.7hrs, plus 1hr for diagnosis. Wheaton Chevrolet charged me almost 14hrs in labour, plus whatever they invoiced GM for a recall that was done during the same visit (I am told it is a 1.5hr charge), for a repair that was completed in less than 6hrs! I would not recommend Wheaton Chevrolet for any repairs solely based on their overcharging tactics.

I made it obvious from the beginng of my visit that I was walking around and comparing car models so i can buy a car at later time, the sales man was so energetic and took me to a long tour around new and second hand cars.He even explained financing and leasing process to me, Showed me how to navigate through thier website and did many more. I loved the place and the service, they deserve 5 stars.
