We bought our Jeep here a few days ago.. Jeff helped us with everything that We need, including multiple test drives 😬. Jeff is great at what he does and will definitely recommend him to others for his great service! He took the time to explain every detail, and took the time to really see that I was happy with what I was getting. The experience was excellent all around. I like to thank Jeff, Rob & Michelle for their excellent service. Drove home with a beautiful Jeep Wrangler Sahara 2019 The Jeep is great, still trying to get to know her better....😊

I have a Chevrolet Cruze with FCA warranties. I had some issues last week with my vehicle and I went to Wellington Motors to get it fixed but these guys refused to serve and said the vehicle is not our brand. when I showed them the paid warranty papers then they agreed to work on my vehicle but denied to accept the terms to give a rental vehicle. they also tried to fool me that it was a sensor problem and is not covered under the warranty so I took my vehicle to Chevrolet dealership they told me the vehicle is already in warranties and its a powertrain issue and spark plugs so they changed the PCV valve under the warranties and I just paid for the spark plugs. also they want me to pay $117 for the diagnosis without telling me beforehand that i have to pay for that. They don't know how to talk to a customer. Very rude guys.JOHN & PHILL Never ever going back to them or suggest anyone to go there. Big NOOOO to these frauds ***First of all, you totally denied to provide me a rental vehicle at all. Secondly, we were clear about $200 deductible but only if you fix my car under the warranties. Next thing, you guys were not even sure about what was wrong with the car. you said that its the oxygen sensor issue and you will try to put the sensor in and see if that works and if not, you will take it out and I dont have to pay for it. what is it!! A hit and trial method! After that, I got my car fixed from Chevrolet dealership and the issue was PCV valve (unlike your technicians diagnosed huh) that was covered under the warranties. And talking about the free stuff (taxi and restaurants etc)... I paid $1470 for those warranties and I am not asking anything for free. I am very well aware that nobody works for free here. maybe i would have paid those charges if your behavior and way of talk was right at that time.

Jashan, although you did not purchase the vehicle at Wellingoton Motors once it was clarified that you had a FCA extended contract as you were calling in with a Chevrolet product we were more than happy to look at the vehicle the same day it came in although we were booked to capacity as the vehicle was towed in. It was clearly communicated that the vehicle would need to be looked at be a technician and that if after diagnoses the failed item was covered by the contract and the vehicle was tied up overnight a rental would be covered. We also were clear that you have a $200 deductible. You authorized us to look at the vehicle, it had a active error code for a oxygen sensor which was was not covered by the warranty. This would need to be addressed before moving forward. All was fine with our service until you declined the repair as it was not covered by the extended warranty and therefore required to pay for the diagnostic time the the technician had spent on your vehicle, which was half the price of the $200 deductible discussed. Your assumption that technicians work for free to diagnose vehicles [I'm sure you don't work for free] and argument that you did not see the large posted sign regarding diagnostic charges is unrealistic...all was fine until it was not free. When you go to a restaurant, hop into a taxi, do you assume there services are free unless someone tells you you have to pay? As it was not worth the argument we waved the charges for the time we spent on your vehicle.
