Wait time too long, was informed of a 5 hour wait that turned into 8.5 hours of waiting. Car left garage and into parking lot and no one came to waiting area to say it was ready, had to go to counter for update. Unsympathetic staff.

The service desk was rude they have no people skills they could not even find my car when it was fix they did enjoy even tell me what was wrong with my car I took my car to a dealer in Florida they know how to tread there customer
