Worst customer service. Website is also not customer friendly. You cannot get quotation online. Totally annoyed so far. Very bad experience. 9 days older brand new Honda Pilot and could not do ignition on in the morning and had to tow upto dealership. Could not go for my job. Super annoying experience. This is second time I am updating review. Their website that they close at 6 where as I came to see tires at 5:15 and they do not have anything else other than saying sorry. Worst customer service. If you call their customer they will keep transferring your calls to others. Think twice before you go and buy anything from Brantford Honda.
