We were debating on trading in our vehicle. We talked to sales associate (James Rijneveld). He was soo honest and not pushy we ended up buying two vehicles within a couple weeks.. Our other car was an insurance write off.. The whole Honda family helped us in our situation and we ended up buying two vehicles in a very short span... I have never had a team help me soo much.. They understood our finances... never pushed.. Just offered help.. We will never go to another dealership now.. Even their used car department was all about helping us and not pushing into what we couldn't really afford.. The service department was amazing.. never seen a drive thru set up like that.. I felt so comfortable and was just about us and feeling comfortable with our new vehicles.

We bought our CR-V from Brantford Honda last year and Ryan was awesome. We have brought it in for regular service as well and Trevor and Todd have also been fantastic. Overall a great place with friendly, reliable service Update: Nov 2019 - Just traded in the CR-V for an Odyssey and we had the pleasure of being able to work with Ryan again through the sales process. Fantastic experience! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

We bought our CR-V from Brantford Honda last year and Ryan was awesome. We have brought it in for regular service as well and Trevor and Todd have also been fantastic. Overall a great place with friendly, reliable service Update: Nov 2019 - Just traded in the CR-V for an Odyssey and we had the pleasure of being able to work with Ryan again through the sales process. Fantastic experience! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend! Update: April 2025 - still loving the Odyssey and we just leased a CR-V. Happy to have dealt with Ryan again as he continues to be professional and extremely helpful throughout the process.

Trevor is my advisor & I feel I'm in good hands with all his knowledge and understanding. He is great at explaining why, what & how the Job needs to be done. thank you Trevor for helping me get what I need and always letting me know when a service will be due within the next couple of weeks so that I can get it done all at once - life is busy as we all know! your awesome!

We needed to purchase a car quickly within a very specific budget and wanted as new as possible with as few kms as possible - we were able to get better than expected on both counts. The service from start to finish was incredible.

From the beginning I thought everything was great, I thought the sales team had my back I left after purchasing my car feeling good. Boy did that not last long. I was shifted from 2 different sales people and the one I did not want to deal with because of personal issues... he knew my husband and I didnt want him knowing anything, during that whole purchasing the car the sales person kept talking to my husband like it was my husband's deal but fully knew it was going under my name and completely disregarded anything with what I needed to do. My husband talked me down from walking away... and he actually did really help me. Come 2 weeks after I bought the car no payment came out of my bank, so I contacted the business manager who said she had set my payment schedule the same as my civic I had. She had told me it's the 4th and the 18th well checked my bank and no payment came out on the 4th . She said she wasn't going to contact Honda finance and see what's going on, on tuesday and I should hear from her after 3pm... well tuesday came and tuesday went and heard nothing so i googled the number and called them myself... to find out the payment schedule was completely different than my civic. So got that squared away. Next there was a steering issue with my car... contacted the sales person who helped me never got back to me... contacted him through my husband's phone pretending to be him and he messaged right back. It's like once they sell you a car they dont care afterwards. I brought it to the service area and they were amazing that's why I put 3 stars. Never dealt with such amazing service people. But the sales guy and business manager really need to be in a different ball game when it comes to customer service.
