The car is great. Was disturbing to find that, when we went to register the car, it was registered to another owner not Murray. Was cleared up with apologies but was not the best new car purchase experience ever.

Everything takes so very long. Even pick up if vehicle took 20 mins because paperwork could not be found anywhere.

Every time I come in to Murray Chev Winnipeg for service it is a great experience. Rennie has been my service adviser for 5 -6 years and he ensures that I am always in the loop with whatever service or maintenance is required. He is friendly, professional and I trust him to always give me best advise.

Just not satisfied with how you guys allow your products to fall apart without any pride in making it better. Terrible ! And no calls returned in a timely manner and attitude huge from girl at GM Canada I would not have someone like her in my company terrible for buisness. Number one rule listen to the customer

I don't even know where to begin ... the salesman called me to tell em about the special promotion and that I was due for both a wheel alignment and an oil changed so I booked right there on the phone. I get to my appointment and not only did I have to wait in line for 30 minutes (why bother booking a time slot then) but the lady gave me my invoice for payment for when the work would be completed and it was almost $260 more than the original phone quote. After speaking to numerous "managers" they finally decided to honor the phone appointment price (thank gosh). I got the work done, went in to pay and had to go over everything all over again .... talk about being disorganized. Now to top it off, a couple month later my oil change light comes on! Impossible, I thought as just got one ... the bleepin' dummies didn't rest the light so I had to go back yet again. No apologies, no nothing ... worst place ever! I had a gift card with almost $80 left over and gave it away to a customer behind as will never ever ever return to this place!
