After purchasing the vehicle when I had questions David was able to respond promptly. On our first trip for maintenance the staff was very friendly. Shuttle service was excellent. I was treated with respect. I do not have a negative comment regarding the purchase of vehicle or my first trip for service.

An Exceptional Car Buying Experience

Chris Murray took extremely good care of my wife and I as we looked for a replacement vehicle on short notice. The attention to detail and follow-up was flawless. The Hyundai Elantra 5 door has been a great car, even in the winter driving conditions. The dealership care is quick and thorough. I'll buy my next car from Chris.

The car buying experience with David Wigmore makes a somewhat stressful process very easy. More importantly however he provides excellent post-purchase service and is always available for questions and I would be very confident that should any issues arise he would solve them. Both my wife and I have always been treated very well at Experience Hyundai and we will continue to service our vehicles there and will likely purchase again in the future. -Kyle

Will always go back for Joe Mitchell for any car dealings

I purchased my vehicle in July of 2014, from the moment I walked in, I was treated with nothing but respect. Joe made purchasing a vehicle a smooth stressfree, enjoyable experience. Everything was explained in detail. This winter I ended up with a small isssue with my car, I called Joe for advice, and he took the time to schedule my car for a service appoint. Not many times, does the sales representative remember you after the sale is complete, let alone willing to help you with a service issue. Joe takes customer service to the next level. I will be returning to see Joe when it's time to trade my vehicle in, and will recommend anyone of my family members or friends who are in the market for a vehicle to take the time to see Joe. Thanks again for all you have done for me Joe!

Service was excellent. I had 3-4 wants in my new vehicle and all were met and they were able to get those in the price range that I stipulated. Joe Mitchell was great and really took care of me. I would go back again fro my next vehicle.

Patient and accommodating

The staff at Hyundai were very patient and accommodating. I was dealing with a bad back. Medications made it hard for me to concentrate, forgetful and dizzy. Jason came to my home, picked up both me and my car and drove me to the dealership. Answered all of my questions…multiple times, wrote everything out for me to review. Jason then dropped me back home along with my car. Terry was very helpful through the financing. Doing his best to ensure everything was there and that not only did I understand it, but also was patient as I asked many of the same questions over and over. Chad even helped out when I went back to ask about a few features that I didn't understand. I would definitely return to Hyundai.
