I have been fortunate enough to have been purchasing vehicles from both Eastside Dodge and South Trail Chrysler for my 3 past vehicles and all 3 purchases have been excellent!! From showing me a wide variety of options to staying with in my budget to the service after the sale that truly sets them apart from any other major purchase I’ve made in my life will ensure my 4th vehicle will be purchased from Shawn at South Trail Chrysler.

Terrible mechanics and services are horrible.. payed for window insurance and they did not provide me with what I wanted... 5 thumbs down for this shit show ... biggest dealer in canada yet cant fix or do anything... thanks for a horrible experience...

Disappointing

I was extremely disappointed in my last experience at South Trail Chrysler. Not only was my car here two weeks prior and then had the same issue happen within the two weeks but I did not feel as though the service rep treated me very nicely. My car sat at the shop for two weeks and I was not aware of additional repairs until after the car was fixed leaving me with a bill $500 more than I was quoted. Not only that but when I received my car back there were pieces not put back together and when they reassembled one part they assembled it with my charger pinched in it causing me to now have to take my car back again so they can unassemble and remove the charger. I am extremely unhappy with this service.
