Kyle was absolutely amazing. He didn't make me feel pressured into a certain vehicle and took his time explaining the features and benefits of the vehicles that would suit my needs. He was friendly and even came in on his day off to help us when we decided on the vehicle we wanted. While we waited the 10 minutes for him to come in the rest of the staff was super nice. The sales manager, Chris, made sure we were comfortable and asked that the vehicle we were interested in to be brought up to look at again just so we could be sure and feel confident in our decision. Michelle was fantastic when helping us apply for financing. She was quick to get back to us on the approval as well. She followed through with making sure that when I picked up the vehicle that everything was ready to go so I wouldn't have to wait. As I was signing the papers, Kyle made sure that my plates were switched and that everything was perfect in the vehicle. He even preset the radio to the station I had playing. Very observant. He made sure to walk me through everything in the van one more time before I pulled off the lot so I could feel comfortable. It was a great team atmosphere and I couldn't be happier with my experience and would definately go back for a second vehicle when I am ready. Thank you everything. Btw, my kids absolutely LOVE the new car, as do I. :-)

Urgent Safety Issue and Customer Safety Ignored

March 20, 2019

I called Wellington Motors over a week and a half ago after receiving an "Urgent" recall on my passenger side airbag. The letter detailed the concerns around safety for the passenger - who just happens to be my 11 year old daughter. I was told at the time that there was a shortage on parts (go figure) but was assured that someone would call me the next day. Nobody called the next day, or any day, and here we are a week and a half later with the same urgent issue but no resolve in sight. It's so disappointing to know that they have such a lack of concern for the safety of our families once they have the sale. I'd like to bet the customer service people who failed to get back to me wouldn't put the safety of their families at jeopardy on an urgent recall.

Second time in two weeks calling them and can’t get an answer. First time they said it was an issue with their phones and couldn’t even call out. No one there has a cell phone? Couldn’t forward their number to a cell phone? Now trying to call to order parts once again and same thing. Have to email them and wait for them to email back. They only reason I gave them two stars instead of one was because of Al in parts department. Professional, polite and knew what he was talking about when I finally got someone on the phone

Stephen, this is correct, a week ago Monday we had no lines at all the whole day and again yesterday and today till about noon. It was a issue with Bell. I apologize, it was out of our control and is now resolved.
