When I went to buy my 2016 Honda Civic (February 2016), I was told it was a bumper to bumper warranty minus the lights and tires and in buying the extended warrant it extended the manufactures warranty to 7yrs and 200,000Km. Now that my seat motor appears to be acting up and my sun roof wont close.....those items are not covered in the extened warrant but only in the initial 3yr manufacture warranty. I currently give five stars for the patience of the service rep to whom I spoke with. He was very calm and understanding. He further advised that he will do everything he can to work with us. A reminder nothing is bumper to bumper. Ensure when you are buying extended warranties you make them explain what is and or isn't covered as it is not an extention of the manufactures warrant. This was the first brand new car I have purchased and have been very happy with the service provided by Brantford Honda service department. They work very hard for their customers. If there is not a new post by me everything went well and they worked very hard to satisfy this customer to their fullest potential.

I had such an amazing experience from the minute I sat down.

Calvin St. Germain at Brantford Honda was recommended to me by a friend when I was looking for a car. The biggest fear going to a car lot as a single women is that I will be taken advantage of. My friend was so right that Calvin was my guy.The minute I sat down with Calvin he was warm and friendly and made it quiet clear he would work with me and he did 110%. He did not push me to buy something I could not afford. He just has an easy, non aggressive approach to car sales. He asked all the questions so he would know what would work for me. I left with a Honda Fit and he was right I love it. I did not need anything bigger. The back seat flips down and it holds so much. You have to call him and see that I am not exaggerating about his pleasant personality and his approach to sales. If what you are looking for is not there, he will work hard to find you what you need. Take my word for it. It was worth my drive to Brantford. I know quite a few people who have bought of him now and say the exact same thing. I will never drive anything but Honda.
