Be aware the after sales service of Mazda Bank Street dealership. They are so inefficient and dishonest about how long their services take. A simple oil change have to wait 6 hours. Toyota has much better service less than 2 hours and they are honest about it. Mazda customer service don't tell you that, you book 3 hours and be ready for 6 to 8 hours waiting. How inefficient! When buying vehicle my advise is also check the dealership after service performance. You will save yourself a lot of stress and frustration.

Christian was a pleasure to deal with. He was courteous, professional, but still relatable and human. The two cars I wanted to test drive were available, cleaned and ready to go when I arrived for my appointment. Christian offered me a better deal on my trade than other dealers. I did not end up buying a car from Bank Street Mazda because the cars did not fit my current wants. My mother has happily bought two cars from Bank Street Mazda, and I don't hesitate to recommend them.

Bought my new (to me) Mazda cx-5 this week. I was very nervous, as this was my second car purchase. The process was easy with my sales person Jimmy (with the assist from Christian). The manager Hussain hooked me up with new rims on the car. Angela in finance was very helpful and made the financing process easy.
