Went in to look at buying a Honda Odyssey all they had left for 2017 was a "demo". I was informed it had about 15,000km on it but would get a deal. No problem. So we went and test drive it come to find out there was 23,000 kms on it and it looked and felt used. My husband asked and it was in fact used as there shuttle. We were fine with all this IF the price reflected it and we explained it had more mileage then we were told all we got was oh I didn't know. We also stated it felt and looked used. All he would offer was 1,500 off normal price, winter tires, and some floor mats none of which was worth the amount they wanted for it. We asked him to speak to his manager to see what they could do and all he would say is well they won't do anything they won't take a loss on it and any more then that is a loss. Well you used it for 23,000 km so you aren't taking a loss it's used!!! He did not even try to sell us a 2018 he just told us there was nothing he could do and there were no other 2017. So we thanked him left and went to Toyota which we had not planned on doing we had gone to Honda to buy a van! I then emailed the sales manager who had emailed me the day before to see if I had my questions and told him our concerns with the "demo". Do you think I got any sort of reply NOPE nothing! They clearly didn't want our business so we bought a Toyota Sienna which we hadn't even considered originally and we love it. The worst customer service I've ever had. I have also spoke to some other salesman all in which say 23,000km is used not a demo

Always great motorcycle service, with no hidden charges. Been a customer of Sutherlands (motorcycle and car) for 40 years now, and have never had a bad experience. Daryl in motorcycle service is arguably the best motorcycle mechanic anywhere in this area and Nicole at the service desk knows her bike parts and is a pleasure to deal with!!
