My experience with Thompson's was fantastic! They made me feel secure in buying from them as they were very knowledgeable about their vehicles and were of great help in answering all my questions from the test drive all the way through to the paperwork!

Steve was fantastic with us and extremely patient. We saw a few vehicles and decided Jim Thompson didn't have exactly what we wanted, so we were going to look elsewhere. Steve, along with Shaun (Sales Manager), worked hard, to find exactly what we wanted, at a price we were comfortable with.

Friendly and pleasant folks at this dealership. My salesman, Chris White, was very professional and knew the the product and features very well. I will be strongly recommending Chris to my friends and family who are in the market for a new vehicle. Dealing with Greg for the financing was a very good experience also. Again, very professional and thorough to ensure a full understanding of the documents being signed. I look forward to going back to the dealership and seeing the people in the service dept that Chris introduced me too when showing me around the dealership.. When I went to Jim Thompson , I was looking for a vehicle that would have a bit of power and nice on long ride when travelling , Jonathan Plant was eager to introduced me to Jeep Cherokee North, not only was he! courteous and polite , he explain everything about the véhicule and its capability my wife and I were very impress. As far as the financing , you can count on Greg for dealing with the paperwork . Kudo Greg for you work. only one last word to say . +10 for Jim Thompson Chrysler.
