We have made a deal with them and sent an email transfer then recieved a call that the deal was cancelled coz they get a higher offer. Was so disappointed! Our family was excited and made a deal then cancelled last minute. Unprofessional experience. *** Response to the reply: I told the manager that i would take the previous offer and would borrow money from a friend but I was told over the phone and i quote "I cant give you the deal coz there are lots of offer higher than your offer, and do you know how much was the price of it online. I cant give you the car. We will give your money back or you can pay us *****.00" end quote. I felt degraded and devastated at that point. I waited 15 mins outside the office after giving my counter offer and at the end willing to give in to the amount was told. but still was told there are higher offers. We are offering full cash payment and not going to a financing. Anyhow, deal has been cancelled and we were thrown out of the bus. Have a great day and Godbless your business!

I don't have the best of credit but when I contacted this group, Shawn took that as a challenge and went above and beyond in customer service to get me into a Beautiful Ford Edge. I absolutely love it. When I contacted him about a vehicle for my mom he strived to find her the best truck in town and succeeded. Now two years later, on a whim, I decided I want an AWD. I messaged Shawn and within a few minutes he picked me out a sleek and sexy looking Mitsubishi Outlander. By end of day I was signing papers. He made car buying easy with zero hassle. Shawn has put me in two beautiful SUV's that I never thought I could own with my credit. I 100% recommend you go here if you are looking for a vehicle.

Need a new car and have bad credit? Look no further! My experience here has been truly amazing! I needed a new car and did not want to have to use a cosigner being that my credit is not great, Empire Auto delivered! They got the assignment and understood it perfectly! Customer service was impeccable! I'm happy with my new ride (audi q7) and even more happy that I was able to get it on my own at an affordable price.
