I recently bought a 2018 Ford Escape and had amazing help from Brandon. He made the whole process easy and he was very helpful. I definitely recommend getting a vehicle from here!

I would rate much lower if it wasn’t for the help of Nick Van Den Hurk. My brother purchased a truck from SMP, and there was a pre-existing issue with the transmission, a very costly repair. SMP was going to lengths to deny repair. Without Nick, this matter wouldn’t have been resolved for a truck that had this major issue 2 days after purchase. I would rate SMP and the Salesman a 2 but thank you Nick for being so great and helping us through this. 5 stars to Nick.

Dan helped me get a vehicle last year and he was an amazing salesman! He was open and honest about everything and really listened to what I wanted. My cars been great so far! My lifestyles changed so much and I was thinking about getting an SUV in the next year or so possibly. Will be back!

Buying a vehicle is stressful. Thanks to Jeff Brown for walking me through it, and answering all questions. Especially appreciate that when he was unsure of a small issue, he took the time to get the correct information rather than stringing me a line of Filibuster. I am still waiting to hear from them regarding some concerns in the service department. Nothing really bad, but improvements could be made.

My senior mother bought a used car of Dan at smp over a year ago.. I had two lugs snap while changing tires over to winter..Either over tightened or rusted..We went down said hi to salesman and we're inside service assessment area.. The Head of the service dept.Wrench in hand. Brent I believe his name was. Came over and 25 min later we were on the road. Lugs torqued properly . Thanks again

Worst customer service experience ever, contacted them through website and the sales person was very unprofessional and rude, on the phone was very pushy and misguided and MIS communicated, will not recommend and will never visit this place again.
