Brandon and Logan were super fantastic with my sale. I came in expecting the worst and was able to leave knowing I’d just had one of the easiest experiences of my life! Thank you Logan and Brandon for making me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase! Edited 7 days after purchase - payment for my previous loan came out today and Check engine light came on, as well as the tire light has been on for 3 days with a slow leak in front drivers side. Will edit review based on how SMP handles these issues.

Purchased a 2021 Nissan Kicks from SMP and was amazed at the friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable staff that greeted me and helped me buy my very first vehicle!! Stevie and Nick were amazing and I definitely would recommend SMP to everyone :)

Went in with my mother in law and wife to look at a trade in that literally just arrived and it was perfect for mom. Scot C treated us with the utmost respect and was a complete gentleman to say the least. Overall it was the "BEST" dealership experience one could have ever asked for!

Had some work done at SMP on our Equinox. Dealt with Samantha Friesen as our Service Advisor. She was courteous, knowledgeable and did not try to upsell me on anything. We had used SMP Service in the past for many years. We were very happy. But a few yrs ago, when they changed owners, they lost our business. Samantha has won our loyalty back and when I can, I will be going back to them to work on our vehicles. The Service Advisor Mgr (did not catch his name) was a great guy to deal with as well. Well done SMP. You have good people back in that dept again.

Brought my vehicle to service department to have a recall issue addressed. Made my appointment 3 or 4 weeks in advance at which time I was told the job would take 15 to 30 minutes. They also called to confirm it the day before the appointment. When I arrived for the appointment, I was told I would need to leave the vehicle, possibly overnight or longer (even over the weekend) as the service department was backed up. As I was from out of town, this was not possible.

Never been so brushed off in my life. I originally wanted a block heater, and did not know mine already had one installed. I mentioned in my email that I wanted a quote for rims and tires, never got one. I also mentioned I was having issues with my heated seats and my washer fluid not spraying. None of these concerns were handled. I was given a new appointment and booted out the door. I won't be returning. I was treated like a third class citizen for having concerns about my vehicle. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Did not have the best experience dealing with SMP. Got a new vehicle here 2 weeks ago, engine light comes on, took over a week to finally get into their shop and looked at! Would not recommend buying a vehicle from here. Didn't even top up the fluids. Cheap dealership.
