I am very disappointed with Winnipeg Honda. I brought my car in for a routine service and they told me it would take half a day. It’s been over three day's and they still haven’t finished. They don’t give me any updates or explanations. They just tell me to wait and be patient. They don’t seem to care about my time or convenience. They are very unprofessional and disrespectful. I feel like they are taking advantage of me and overcharging me for their poor workmanship. I will never come back to this place again. I advise anyone who needs their car fixed to avoid Winnipeg Honda at all costs. They are the worst.

I would give zero stars if I could. Winnipeg Honda has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They are rude, unprofessional, and dishonest. They lied to me about the price of the car, the warranty, and the financing options. They kept me waiting for hours without any explanation or apology. They tried to pressure me into buying a car that I didn’t want or need. They ignored my calls and emails when I had questions or concerns. They are a bunch of crooks who don’t care about their customers at all. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership at all costs. You will regret it if you buy from them.
