West City Honda

I was in the market for my first new car. Wasn't really sure as there were too many options within and outside of Honda as well. Posted an online query and got an immediate response from Ethan Boisvert after which there was no looking back. Ethan was able to carry out a very transparent & friendly communication through out. The best part is that I was informed and educated about each and every thing in detail thru e-mail as i was not able to take calls or walk in to the showroom due to work commitments. Despite being closer to Kingston Honda, I will always go here first!! Yesterday they did the recall on my airbag inflator and while there I was treated to the utmost respect and courtesy..Not surprised, I've come to expect it. Bob LeBrun filled my time by discussing the new Ridgeline with me in a very low/no pressure way. The experience was so good that I am starting to see myself in the new truck in the very near future. Thanks West City Honda!!!

Previously rating was not correct because I was going to right some comments but I fall asleep and by mistake rating was posted. Regarding my experience in WestCity Honda was awesome. Mr. Ted who is really good person sold me a nice car according to my requirement. I was looking car which was good in mileage and Ted recommended me new Honda Civic 2016. When I took test drive it was awesome and I decided that I should buy this car. Ted help me out regarding all the financial stuff and after two days car was mine. I love Honda Civic 2016. And thank you all staff for helping me, specially Mr. Ted.

Last summer I contacted Ethan Boisvert and asked him to be on the look out for a Honda Odyssey within a specific range for km's, price, year, etc. He was so great to work with because he did not pressure us at all, he only contacted us when he had something with exactly what we wanted, and he was willing to deal with us electronically. In my experience I found so many other people in sales (at other dealerships) were not willing to do business via email etc. because they wanted to get you in their office to pressure you. Ethan understands the time pressures people have these days and accommodated our needs. Most importantly of all, Ethan was very up front and honest with us when it came to selecting and pricing a used Honda Odyssey. I would recommend Ethan and I will deal with him again in the future.
