Shady establishment, tried to charge me $1000 for a new starter on my CRV, purchased a new one online for $180.

Bought my Civic 6 years ago from Brantford Honda. & I only go to this locations for service. My most recent visit was wonderful, I think my service advisor was Trevor and he was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I had my car detailed and the outcome was better than I could imagine (even got the salt build up out of my carpets) The gentleman that shuttles me to work was amazing as well. Friendly and punctual in my pick up :). I also find Brent very friendly and helpful. My next car will be a Honda and I will remain Brantford Honda's customer. thank you

James was excellent in helping me find a vechile i liked. He was also very informative about the vehicles i looked at so I could make a conclusive decision with confidence. I didn't feel pressured while looking around like a did at another dealership which was quite relieving. I would definitely recommend dealing with him if you visit Brantford Honda.

Everything about this place is good but when my mother in law can't understand the lady helping us case she doesn't know cars, really brought it down
