I love the vehicle. My sales guy was excellent and thorough in showing how to operate the vehicle. My lower rating is based on my experience in the finance office. Maybe it’s because we were from out of province that some of the stuff that that got added to my bill of sale. Admin fee 599, placement fee 495, protection $800. Is this the new normal? The last vehicle I purchased had a $199 admin fee. When I asked about the protection charge I was told that it get put on all vehicles that leave there. Because the vehicle is rare i choose not to fight back and just sucked it up but still feel that 1800 over the advertised price is excessive.

SMP is reliable and reasonable with the pricing for certified pre-owned vehicles. I got my first vehicle in Saskatoon from SMP and I worked with Brandon who was phenomenal in assisting me on behalf of the dealership. They made sure the financing worked without any issue even though I haven’t had a credit score as it was just days after I landed in Canada. Brandon is knowledgeable and easy to work with and he goes beyond his regular call of duty to support customers. Casey from the finance is great to work with as well. He’s thorough and look after the long-term interest and financial risk aspects of the clients meticulously and bring great deals to the table. Overall excellent experience and highly recommend!!
