We were provided a great selection of vehicles by Al Thomas when we selected our Elantra . We have not required any service todate as we have few kilometers on vehicle. This vehicle rides and handles very well and lots of room in side and good size trunk. The only negative with single axel you get a slight fish tail going over rough roads.

Fast and efficient

It was a fast process, I went in one day saw my car and was approved and able to drive it off the lot the next day. Chris was able to include any features to the car and was to make my payments as low as possible. Overall good experience and m happy with the service.

Somewhat frustrating

We expressed after the test drive that the brakes needed to be changed and were told they would be. Then three days later I had to take the van back due to brake problems to find out that they had not been changed. I had to wait over three hours for the van to have the brakes replaces. It's upsetting knowing it was sent off the lot and could have jeopardized our family if I hadnt recognizes the problem.
