I see there are a few bad reviews on here, however, I think the staff here are GREAT! We've been dealing with Jeff Irvine for years now, as well as Brenda & Coleman in the service department and we think they're all AWESOME!!! We've had a few issues over the years with bad parts, paint, etc... but they've always done everything they could to help us out & resolved the issues. Keep up the good work guys :D

This is for the parts department. Every time I go there they do not smile, act as if customers are bothering them and give bare minimum customer service. We will venture to other brands from now on. You need to retrain or replace the parts department staff.

I am sad to say that I have received the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life here. Not only once but three times have they expressed to me how little they care about their customers. Once you sign the paperwork they don't care what you need. To hear "That's not our problem" instead of "I'm sorry", is a terrible way to run a business. Take your business to another location. I stand behind the Honda brand itself just not the employees at this establishment.
