Right from the time I requested a quote, they have been very quick and responsive to anything I had to ask, and were quick about getting me my appointment times. I even had to change the date and time for my quote and they were very accommodating and thorough. The install was one day, and pretty smooth, even with more work than anticipated to be done. Great job on the bathroom, accurate with everything we asked for, and overall very easy to deal with!

We were extremely impressed overall with BathFitter and Andre. He was very thorough and efficient. He kept the bathroom clean throughout the install process. He had a mat on the floor to keep it clean, he vacuumed and cleaned everything himself as he went along. He was courteous and pleasant and what impressed my husband the most is that Andre did everything the way my husband would. We would definitely recommend BathFitter to anyone.

Good day. I was very please, after taking off the old covering , mould was detected , it was all cut out and new material installed. What surprised me was he had everything with him that was required to do the job. Excellent workmanship. !!
