Follow-up Review Bought a car from Kal and he gave me 2 keys to the car. I locked my keys in my car in the middle of a blizzard late at night. I had my someone drive me the spare key from the other side of the city - only to discover Kal had given me a key to a random car on their lot. After texting him about this he expressed no concern for what had happened (I had to call a towing company and was absolutely freezing outside of my car), nor did he express concern about having the key back in his inventory. Instead he said something about how usually they don't even give 2 keys for a car. I would think he would feel embarrassed that he had given me a key to a completely different car, or at least try to get the key back. I still have it! He also said that if I were to go on Google and write a review about my experience that he would send me 2 movie tickets. It's been a year and a half and no tickets. I've brought this up to him and he says he will send them or pass them to his cousin that I used to work with and nothing. Not to sound petty, but I am a person of my word. I work in sales and I deliver what I say I will deliver. Even if it's something as small as a couple of movie tickets. It shows your customers that you weren't just a dollar in their pocket and helps with return customers.

Hi Terri, Thank you for leaving a google review! We were happy to provide you a 5 star car buying experience and saddened to see you have changed the review to that of 2 stars. We have made an attempt to reach out to you on 3 separate occasions hoping to rectify this, first on 2019-06-18 again on 2019-07-15 and finally on 2019-07-16. Please accept our deepest apologizes over the human error on our admins behalf of issuing the wrong second key. It is in our selling clause that a second key is never guaranteed to be included or working. We do however understand that in your case you were provided two keys and therefore operated under the belief that you would have an extra key. It is a very unfortunate circumstance that you had locked your key in the car. When we were alerted of this we corrected it immediately and issued the second key to your partner at the time. In regards to the movie tickets, we are very upset to hear this. I have personally gone back in are archived files and can see that two movie tickets were issued to you and sent via mail. We really wish you had reached out to us because unfortunately having not heard from you we operated under the pretense that you had received these tickets. Regardless we would like to correct this problem. We would be happy to re-issue these tickets but would require them to be picked up in person to avoid them getting lost in transit. We value our customer satisfaction above all else and would appreciate the opportunity to correct this situation, please reach out to us at 519-686-7253
