What an experience, I have had my eye on the new Honda Passport since the auto show. Dealerships near me didn't have it and I got a referral to go see Papa AKA Showtime. From the moment I started talking to him i knew this was the right dealership for me, they were patient and knowledgable and also was wanting to save me money along the way. They got me the car I wanted at the price I wanted, Peter from financing put the cherry on the cake by lowering my rate selling me on the right warranty that will protect me. James Wright is your guy! He was always quick to respond, and very honest and upfront about everything. I didnt even end up leasing a car from him, rather from brantford Hyundai because of my own insurance situation, but James was still diligent in following up and made sure everything went smoothly. I drove from Toronto to Brantford to come here when I could have gone to a dealership a minutes walk from my house.

Friendliest staff in the world (in my opinion). I've bought cars from many other dealers, but would go out of my way to visit this location. The customer experience is excellent.

I thought initially it was a good place for maintenance of Honda but I found it the worse place for Honda. Will never attend to this Honda Dealer again. They cheat and don't care about valuable customers.

Im not a fan of their sales tactics or trying to add all kinds unnecessary insurances. But the staff was friendly and very helpful.
