Had no problems with service department today. Came to Jonker after getting tired of the bad service at White Rock Honda. Only giving one star now as their customer service in sales is atrocious. Spent 30 minutes - looking around the showroom & a few minutes on the lot & NOT ONE PERSON acknowledged me - not even the front receptionist as I walked in. Plenty of people around...employees gabbing with other employees, as well. It’s very simple Jonker, I will go buy my new Honda somewhere else as clearly you do not need my business.

Buying my car from Langley Honda was made easier with the professional help of Ben Lee and Byron L. Both were as helpful and friendly as anyone could hope for. Very knowledgeable and sincere. My first service was again very professional and efficient - was in and out quickly. While I waited Ben Lee found the time to help go over all my car features yet again, which I really appreciated. Service department very friendly and helpful.
