Very disappointed. Went there to possibly trade my truck in after getting a call and a letter in the mail. When I got there I walked the lot looking at different trucks and different packages. During this time two different sales man were outside and not one asked me if they could help me. I live in Smith's falls and that little trip cost me $50. BUT IM SURE IT COST THOMMPSON DODGE A LOT MORE

I originally went into just "kick tires". I was greeted by Jonathon who I explained up front that I was just looking. He was understanding and asked me some questions and answered mine. He offered me a vehicle to roadroad test and being a Saturday I figured that would be out of the question. But Jonathon handed me the keys and off I went. I liked the vehiclebu was not certain if it was for me. I still put down deposit and decided to think on it. I was not presurred during this time and ended wanting info on a differnt vehicle. This was given to me and so was the opportunity to road test it on more than one occasion. I am sure all of my back and forth over the week drove him crazy but he remained professional. We ended up buying a truck. Jonathanand his team weree great to deal with.

I had some major issues at first with these guys but the manager Shawn Whitman was actually quick to help. I appreciate it and cannot help but recommend them even with a few hiccups.
