Honestly disappointing. Service Advisor : Eli Service Manager : Kelly I have previously worked as a service advisor, and to experience a service advisor doing the bare minimum, and to be backed by a service manager saying “he doesn’t do this normally” is pathetic. Take accountability for the fact that your employee took no accountability for his job. Also to listen to an advisor pass the blame on to a technician is even more pathetic - especially to a customer who has been a previous advisor. I asked when dropping my car off for a quote for 18’s. I had my winters on still, because my summers are on cords. When the advisor told me my vehicle was done, I proceeded to ask if he had got my tire quote. This solidified the fact that he knew nothing about my workorder, and didn’t bother to read the notes on it. When he responded he said “you don’t need tires your treads are fine” well that’s why I stated that I was looking for a quote on 18” summers. Which then he said the tech didn’t bring it, and I could go to parts on Saturday (when it was closed). I also asked for my cabin filter to be changed and it was not completed. After voicing my concern to the sales manager , and service manager. It seems the sales manager was more interested in customer retention than the service manager. On top of being talked over and interrupted by their service manager. It seems as if the service department is missing the key aspect of the department. Providing service. As someone who just moved to Barrie, I would not recommend servicing your vehicle here. Will be making a call to Toyota Canada, and hoping to receive a survey. If you are looking to purchase a car, the sales manager (Matt) was awesome, and organized. Also cared more about Service, than the service manager.

Lovely experience to buy a car at Jackson's Toyota. Brent Bell was an absolute gem. So nice and very knowledgable, go see him for a great deal, especially if you're a veteran. I also must mention the excellent work of Lisa Cote on the paperwork side of things. Must add how inviting the whole place is, not my first car, not my first dealership you guys truly rock. Cheers

Thanks to Rohit and Lisa for the best deal they gave me. I was looking for my first car It was a best experience. Rohit is very professional and knowledgeable salesperson.
