every time we need something done to our Honda's, Trevor works with us each and every time. He gets us appointments that work for us, and always enquires before any work is done. We are very pleased with the customer service and that's why we keep coming back.

"The people at Brantford Honda are very polite and cheerful, that makes for great business! You as a salesperson are very outgoing, cheerful and very understanding and helpful at making a vehicle sales, not to many places with people that are and it's great to see makes others feel very welcome there.

Bought a vehicle in November and james was fantastic with us, unfortunately was in an accident and the car was a write off. Contacted James right away and told him I wanted the exact same car even the limited edition colour.... he found it for me. Not to mention, the GM had my bill of sale with everything highlighted that we purchased so he could go over it with my insurance company. I'm so impressed with the service and so thankful. You guys are so awesome. Thank you for making this such a easy and stress free experience for me!!!

From the first telephone call to inquire about the car I was treated respectfully and given info about the car that made the purchase decision easy.Special thanks to James Wright,and Rob in Finance,their help made a long distance purchase as smooth as could be expected.My trust was not betrayed....thanks again and I would really like to get that $150 referral fee....LOL.Thanks again.
