Excellent service as usual

The staff in the service dept were very accommodating, friendly, respectful and courteous, calling me a few times to explain some things. A top notch crew.

Salesman Christopher Tran provided excellent service by being honest, patient and fair. Christopher never pressured me, was extremely professional, and knowledgeable on all Toyota products! He was super friendly, reliable (literally answered any questions I had very quickly through emails) and I would definitely make a deal with him again! Financial rep Megan Fitzgerald was also extremely professional, friendly, and made the process even more enjoyable! As someone who has had bad experiences at dealerships, I absolutely loved my experience at Jackson’s Toyota. Thank you for making the process of buying a car enjoyable, I am enjoying my new Rav4!!

Integrity is everything. Andrew Black is a decent and fair person. The service department is a sham. They are not truthful and dont care about your business. Go somewhere else! I bought a Tundra and had a Rav4 on order. Canceled because of the service department. What insults me most, management didn't even call me to look into it. Two weeks later still no call!

Bill is a nice guy. He did what I asked of him to get me into the vehicle I was looking for. I had to wait 6 weeks for it to ship and it came in a couple days earlier than the date I was given. The whole process was easy.
