John B from service department has absolutely horrendous customer service skills . He is always rude and no help on many levels .Some of the technicians needs more skill in there flied a lots of times they are providing wrong diagnoses. I am truly not happy with Wellington Motors.

I see we did a check engine light repair in early April that was beyond warranty but we took care of it Good Will for you & it looks like you have not dealt with John for over a year. I apologize that you found John rude, he has been with us for over 25 years and does a great job for us but I would be glad to hear more about your experience. I started dealing with Jeff at Wellington a few years ago. We recently came back to see him and he took such good care of us by getting the best deal for our trade in, was fully honest about all the opportunities and ALWAYS makes us feel comfortable. I highly recommend going to visit him, he answers all your questions, quite the jokester and not scary at all!!!!!!!
