Parts department is less than satisfactory. Have been buying parts for street bikes and ATVs there for years only if I need factory parts. Always a hassle. More than likely the wrong part. And when it comes time to fix a problem offer little to no help to come up with a solution whatsoever. When recently returning a faulty electrical part they immediately stated that there was nothing they could do. When it fact, after probing them and discussing it. There was in fact a very easy solution that a I suggested in which the reply was, well I guess we could do that. Umm duh. The personality behind the counter resembles a potato.

They do not honor Warranty. Be very wary. Honda is very reliable and a good brand but if Warranty is needed they will not action

Most expensive quote I had for tires in the entirety of Fredericton. They were over $500 dollars different than other quotes in Fredericton.
