Im so happy I got the car that I wanted. I had the pleasure to speak with the owner of Empire Auto and he made sure that everything was good on my end and that I was happy with the choice I made. Al at the west side Empire was great through the whole process and walked me through with ease. Big thanks to these guys!

I went in about 2 years ago, they sold me a 2008 dodge avenger that was suppose to have come with safety done. The car broke down not even a week after having it and i constantly had issues getting ahold of the salesman (abe). Would not recommend to anyone.

Look for AL aka Adel from the Southdale location and you will not regret it!!! This dealership is NOT your average dealership.. these guys actually are more interested in making us customers happy and satisfied with our purchase than just selling a car to meet their quota. Empire Auto Group is an excellent car dealership with awesome deals. Sales/Finance Manager Adel aka AL from the South location on SOUTHDALE RD is absolutely a superman at his job. He will go the extra mile to make sure his customer is getting the best price as well as approved with the lowest possible interest rate. He is super knowledgeable an EXTREMELY resourceful. I bought many cars in the past but I have never had an experience like this one. Absolutely awesome!!!!! Within 5 days from my first contact with AL my car was delivered. Adel gave me a super discount on a 2017 SUV loaded (sunroof, gps, etc) low in KMS. I super recommend these guys!! Even if you live far from them its still worth it.. I did it all online and never stepped a foot into the dealership.

So not impressed at all. Everything seemed great at first. Charmaine was very polite and helpful. Signed for the car, and off I went. Then I started getting the run around as to when it was going to be ready. At first it was the Friday, then not til the Monday and then not til Wednesday. And then I never heard from them after that. Due to covid I've been laid off and I told them to just cancel it all together at this point. I called, texted, emailed, called the office. I heard nothing back. Until today when the car was delivered to my house. I had no heads up or anything. Still had not received any sort of contact. So I called, texted, emailed again, and it wasn't until today that I finally got an email back saying I needed to contact the management. Called him and they said he would call me right back as he was busy with a client. Never heard back from them and they closed at 2 today due to the holiday. Started looking over the car, started it up to have the check engine light come on immediately even though it is apparently saftied. As well to notice that there is over 1000 kms over from when I signed for it. Which voids out the dealer guaranty. So thanks a bunch empire auto sales for not helping at all and putting myself and children into a complete disaster for the holidays 👌

The customer service was above and beyond what we expected.. Angelo came up to Sudbury to get all the paper work done.. worked his magic to get us a beautiful truck!!
