Purchased a 2017 RAM 1500 Sport at Jim Thompson Chrysler. My salesman Dean Myles was a blast to work with. He took the time to find exactly what I wanted. All together it was great experience and I would recommend this place to anybody.

My husbands Jeep broke down...he was near this dealership... he went in to see if it was possible to get some mechanical assistance..... He was greeted at the front desk by a rather rude, unhelpful lady that offered her "perhaps we can get to it by the end of the month" she turned and walked away!! SERIOUSLY what kind of customer service is this???? Don't worry...we will never be back... for anything! Went across the road to DPD, great service and they had him fixed up and on his way in a couple hours!! I suggest staff take lessons on customer service from them!

Jason did a great job returning phone calls and getting me all the info I needed to confidently make a purchase. He has also done a great job of organizing and assisting with after purchase support. I would recommend seeking him out if you're looking for a new car from FCA.
