Josh and the others in the body shop are the best. They have amazing customer service. I have bad luck and they are always quick to help me. I was backed into at 1pm, by 3 pm the same day I had my car appraised, booked in and by 5 I had my deductible waved. Between knowing how SGI works and having Josh on my side I'm always well taken care of! This week I hit a pothole. .. I was not happy with how slow my dealer was at getting it diagnosed and fixed. Josh jumped in to help me find new tires even though it wasn't at his shop.

I had a great time buying the car, but that being said the service department is a MESS. I have taken my car in 5 times for service beyond oil changes and every single time its always a headache. If I call I get hung up on before anyone in service will speak to me and it's a miracle if someone will even tell you what's wrong the day that you bring your car in, leaving you with no rental and no way to get anywhere for a couple days or at least until they see if they can even give you a rental. Most of the staff doesn't take you seriously if you look under the age of 30. Maybe I just have bad luck but that's the truth about my experience with Wheaton Chev. The service experience alone is enough to drive me to never buy another car from here again.
