I bought a pre-owned Nissan Juke 2011 for 9,500 (including tax and admin fee) recently from SMP an "as is" car. After I brought the car home, the car started to show engine light and the head light holder is also broken. For inspection they charged me another 350 and as per the report the car has multiple transmission issue and should be taken to Nissan and SMP services cannot fix it. Called Nissan and they said, if there is a transmission issue, the replacement cost might be around 6,500. I feel being a newcomer in this country, I was not explained the magnitude of the problem cearly enough. This is not expected from a big car dealer like SMP. Now, I am in substantial mental and financial stress due to their lack of clarification.

Requested a trade in quote online. Within an hour I received a phone call from Brandon! Asked what I was looking for and didn't try sell me anything different! Not your typical pushy salesman, which was refreshing! Logan in finance also explained my options and worked with me and got me into my dream truck! This was over all an excellent experience.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Everyone from courtesy driver to manager of sales was so accommodating and friendly! Nervous first time buyer with not so good credit, but they were able to put me in a driver seat in less than a week. Will recommend to everyone i know looking for a car! Well, what can I say besides wow!! I traded in my 2017 Chevrolet Sonic today and ended up driving home in a 2019 Nissan Frontier Pro 4x! I had the pleasure of working with Jeff Brown and he is absolutely amazing! Excellent customer service very informative answering any questions or concerns I had and making sure I was 100% comfortable with my purchase! And unlike many dealerships, I was NOT pushed into purchasing something I did not want. Riun Bolld in finance is absolutely incredible, he crunched the numbers and got everything arranged and lined up so I could take my truck home that evening!! He definetly went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth sailing! He even got me signed up on good monthly payments!! the atmosphere is definetly customer being satisfied! Will definitely recommend anyone I know to go here!! Thank-you so much SMP! I also have to add how patient and kind all the staff is, I had my toddler with me and she was we shall say, not in a good mood, and still all the staff smiled and engaged with her and were very kind and considerate!! 🖤
