We had a great experience at Winnipeg Honda Waverly. We waited for a long time for our car but it was all worth it in the end. Our salesperson Sukhpreet Singh was very helpful and polite and assisted throughout the process. He understood our urgency and got the PDI done asap on our request. Thankyou Sukhpreet!

Beware of dishonesty and poor customer service at this dealership. The finance managers and the car delivery employee were excellent. The others soured our experience and we will not be returning to Waverley Crown. After the sale, the salesman was really hard to reach. Our vehicle wasn’t ready when promised. When we got there it was not detailed (gravel, scuffs, factory tags still on). They had almost two weeks to get it ready from date of purchase. Brand new 2023 sitting in the showroom. They said it had come from another dealership and that’s why it was dirty. Lie. It had 12 km and was in the showroom the whole time. People were allowed in it and it wasn’t cleaned. They apologized for “the confusion” and did clean it right away. To “make things right” the sales manager told us they were making sure we left with two keys - because the factory was only sending 1 key with the new Pilots and they made a special copy of one at the dealership to “take care of us”. Lie. The vehicle always came with two keys. The tags on them showed 1/2 and 2/2. When McPhillips Crown heard the story they said the Pilots come with 2 keys. All I was expecting was some honesty, good customer service and something tangible for our trouble, like an oil charge or a touch up pen? But to feed me fake stories as excuses? Come on. I left 2 messages for the GM at Waverley with no response. Some staff are fabulous but the ethics at Waverley are shady.

A very Positive experience with Andy Chan who is very committed to providing first class service to his customers. Andy always follows up after the purchase and keeps in touch thereafter. He quickly responds to phone calls and is very pleasant to work with. Paul Barton
