I recently had 2012 Honda Pilot serviced at Brantford Honda, where they replaced the alternator and the spool valve. I was incredibly impressed not only by the quality of the work but also by the exceptional service I received. Todd, in particular, stood out for his outstanding customer service. He went above and beyond to explain the issues with my vehicle in a clear and relatable manner, ensuring I understood everything that was being done. The efficiency of the service department was remarkable, as they managed to get my car fixed within a day. This speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. What really struck me was the genuine atmosphere of care and teamwork among the staff (Sales / Parts / and Service). It's evident that they love what they do and enjoy coming to work each day. This not only fosters a positive experience for customers but also showcases the dedication of the entire team at Brantford Honda. Overall, I highly recommend Brantford Honda for any service needs. This is the 4th Odyssey I have purchased from Brantford Honda. Salesman Hayden was excellent answering all my questions with very clear explanations. Rob made the financing piece very easy as well. Trevor and the service department are also excellent and keep me coming back.

Came to Brantford Honda and delt with the salesperson Hunter he was very helpful and explained alot of the features and overall was a great experience shopping for a new car and purchased a new Honda Passport!

I was thrilled when i got my new SUV but what i didnt know was that there were hidden charges in my payment that was not explained to me. I have dealth with honda elsewhere before so my first thought was this is a reputable dealer so certain things i didnt read through - My error. They had me signed without explaining in details that certain payments were optional . I called the financing department at head office to asked why my payment was so much after a few months and thats when they explained all the extra optional things that i was paying for. I called the manager at this locatiion about it and he was the rudest, most abnoxious person ive ever had to talk to in a long time. He promised to call me back to see how he could remove the extra charges. Still no calls from him after a year. Buyers beware especially if you are a woman.
