★★★★★ Saskatoon Motor Products is fantastic! I recently had an issue with my Chevy Equinox turbo freezing up in the extreme cold. It was a stressful situation, but Rebecca and the team at Saskatoon Motor Products were absolutely amazing. They diagnosed and resolved the problem incredibly fast, and to my surprise and gratitude, they didn't even charge me! Their customer service is top-notch, and they went above and beyond to help me. Went in on Saturday February 1st to look at and potentially buy a vehicle, picked something out went through the whole process and was on track to take it home that same day at 5pm then went to go get plates at sgi when they told me the vehicle hasn't even been safetied in saskatchewan, so we go back to smp let them know so now I had to wait till Monday. Okay fine whatever, no big deal- they tell me they can do the rust protection, winter tires, clean and safety so it's ready for Monday evening. I get a text early Monday evening letting me know that the undercoat won't have enough time to cure before I could drive it home today, so Tuesday it is.. a few hours later I get a call and they tell me they sold out on winter tires and now I have to come pick it up Wednesday evening. I dont get why it's been delayed so many times, I was super excited to finally drive my new car to work, I was bouncing off the walls telling family and friends about how exciting this was for me. I've tried to be patient and understanding as to why maybe there's a few delays but this is the third time.. Update! Had to send my car back because the cleaning job was horrendous and the undercoating was EVEN WORSE. They delayed it AGAIN for another extra day past when I was supposed to go pick it up. AND NOW we are sending it back for the third time to get properly cleaned, we email the lady who is in charge of alla that and she asks when we want to get it done, i tell her friday so that I can still get to and from work, she says it has to stay over night and if i take it in on friday it has to stay till monday. Okayyy so i say Thursday, bring it in on Thursday to get detailed and GUESS WHAT!? I DONT GET MY CAR BACK UNTIL MONDAY. I'm so incredibly sick and tired of the constant delays and constantly having no way to get to and from work because they are too stupid to keep their word and get stuff done when they were supposed to and how they were supposed to. I regret working with these people and I wish I could rate a 0 star because this is so stupid. A waist of time and money.
