Sales rep is friendly do efficient. Servicing people make sure I am well taken care of. I never consider looking elsewhere for anything.

Received notification in the mail for arrangement of appointment for the above. Emailed for appointment and it took 2 weeks for the person to get back to me. Once I received the response after sending a second email and the reasoning for not responding was terrible. The customer service on this persons part was not acceptable and should be action taken. I have worked in Customer service industry and that is not an acceptable reason for lack of response. Not happy overall with my experience with Seaway GM. I chose Seaway as it was a local dealer and now I am wishing that I had gone elsewhere.I am still waiting for problems with my vehicle to be resolved with no support from the Sales Manager or Sales Representative.

In and out for my routine maintenance, being familiar with many service departments in the area over the years, I have to admit these guys care about the customer, complete service in a timely manner, are honest and transparent with all repairs and maintenance. Keep up the great work!!

went for oil change took 1hr. 14 mins. because they change a battery cable which was fine but they forget to tell me that they were changing it so it took extra time. someone should have come to me and told me it was going to take longer.

It looks loke the front bumper got caught on some ice ( bumper design on these cars are very -- too low to the road ) and tore away from the screws. The vehicle was repaired fast and effeciently with minimal cost. As always the service department is great and friendly. I have bought my last 5 vehicles there and from the same sales person ( Mike Styles )
