Came in to Craig Dunn to get some accessories added to my new Silverado and the sales team showed me some options and discussed prices and wait times and agreed upon running boards and wheel lock nuts, got me into service quick for install, install was very quick.

Out of province purchaser. Simple telephone negotiation. Dealership picked me up from the airport. Truck was ready upon arrival and Rick the salesperson showed me how to operate the electronics and I was on my way. Well done!

Three years ago I needed a new vehicle.My credit was not the best but they worked with me and helped me get a vehicle so I didn't have to walk everywhere.They are fast and efficient with regular maintenance on my car.If I run into a problem and show up they have never turned me away and always have been very helpful.Everyone has always been very courteous and extremely helpful at every visit.I have never in my life have seen such excellant service and courteous people at any dealership like I have experienced at Craig Dunn!!!!!

Friendly service manager, services provided well explained. Excellent service at Craig Dunn is consistent -- had an issue on short notice to be resolved with my vehicle and they were able to accommodate and get problem resolved.

I met with Stan multiple times, he was helpful and not pushy. He answered all my questions and offered honest opinions when asked. He went out of his way and came in on his day off to go over the car with me.
