Mark and I emailed back and forth for awhile and he saw me 2 times to get a feel of what exactly I wanted and at the same time helped me realize some of my fears of the new technology. When the car was delivered he took the time and patience to teach me how to operate and get acquainted with the new tech stuff. Greatly appreciated.
