From Isaiah in Sales, then Kelly in Finance, it was a pleasure to deal with the team at SMP. Great service, price and selection. Will back to purchase here again, no doubt!

The finance guy was extremely pushy, even more than the salesman! He also had a phone cord that looked like it would burn the whole building down. Ended up going elsewhere.

Great sales people who made the buying experience enjoyable, our salesman Karter did an awesome job getting us vehicles we both wanted and worked well with us. The reason for one star is the incompetent and lazy service manager and department. I called to tell them about a service air bag recall appearing on my 2014 ram 1500 I got from them in February, service manager wouldn’t even come to phone but instead made Karter delivery messages back and forth between us. The manager then also informed me that recalls usually don’t give the driver a warning, and that they had no active service recalls when they had the truck. Which sounds fair and good except this recall has been known to deploy airbags on the driver side unexpected. Putting me and my family at risk to which they said well at least we dropped the price for you ya know? They didn’t notice one single issue with my truck that If any inspections were done would be found easily. Pathetic service from those you are supposed to trust that certified this vehicle safe to drive. When confronted about the issues listed above they had nothing to offer, told me good luck everting the air bag recall fixed which I can take to any dodge dealer, will never allow these complacent, lazy and incompetent service workers to touch any vehicles and I suggest you the same!

My daughter was looking for a new set of wheels, so we went shopping at SMP, met Dave Kazell our sales associate. After deal was made, several problems occurred with vehicle. Dave was very professional, and was in our corner to get problems resolved. In the end SMP fixed all of the issues, at no cost to us, thanks to Dave's assistance. Thank you Dave and SMP

Just wanted to send out a huge thank you to Dan Barrett and Christina and also Jami for their help on our recent purchase of a shiny red Mazda CX5.
