Ben Ekres was our sales representative and from the first ten minutes we spent here we felt as if we were being helped and not being sold to. He made sure we got what we wanted and he was able to accommodate and give us a price based on the research we had done. We are already thinking of getting our next car here. The rest of the staff was also fantastic and helpful.

I have a 2015 Trail hawk. After 2 years (26,000km) the AC stopped working, right in time for summer! � The service team told us the carburetor has failed and its quite unusual for a brand new vehicle, but they will order the part and call me! Nearly 2 months down the line, I gave a call, 15th Aug i think, and they said the part is coming tomorrow. As i was scheduled to go up north on thursady i made an appointment for tuesday the 22 Aug 2017. According to the Service team its a "big job" that requires 4-5 hr's. When asked weather I get transport to get home, they said "NO" shuttle only in "guelph" not to waterloo (where I live) After paying "extra" for insurance cover etc, this is the service we get! My husband was pretty upset as he was not in town to pick me up. He talked to the Service manager who was rude and made it a point to say "We dont need customers like you, go take your car to another dealership!" Love the "Jeep" brand but sadly its in the hands of the "wrong!" People, in some cases!

Well i bought my Dodge Journey AWD from Wellington Motors 2 years ago. Car is loaded with all the bells and whistles. So far it has been in for 3 safety recalls. Now i am having the damn engine light coming on for the 2nd time. Had the car in for oil change, told service tech the door hinge is squeaking...said he will look at it. Told me he lubed it and may take a few days to loosen up. Well after a week still squeaking more, then i looked at it closer and saw the freaking nut was half backed off the hinge and the hinge was flexing ..WTF! So i tightened it myself and checked them all! I realize not the dealerships fault on most of this but i am getting tired of switching up vechiles to accommodate having to bring the car in to get serviced. I really thought...new vehicle worry free driving for a few years...hasnt played out that way! I work in the Metal Stamping of these and many other car parts like Chrysler Ford Gm Honda Toyota...so i need to buy locally made vehicles to keep my job...but seriouslly thinking next time going to buy something different. I came in to see if i could trade up to a newer Dodge Caravan a gew.months ago....yet right! Finding the Journey a bit small for our needs so wanted to go back to the Grand Caravan that we had before the Journey. They would give peanuts for my car as trade..my car is spotless, not scratch. Oh well! All and all the guy i bought the car from i believe his name was Dave too, was good to deal with and the service guys Sam and Lindsay are really good as well.

Peter Arnold was exceptionally helpful advising and putting together a deal my daughter could live with. With his personality and attitude he is a definite asset to this dealership. We had contacted other dealerships in the area with no success. Thanks to Wellington Motors and Peter Arnold My daughter has a better vehicle than she was expecting to get for the money she wanted to spend. We are from London, short drive for huge savings.
