I was very pleased with my first service on our CRV. Everyone at this dealership is SO friendly and helpful. James (salesman) even stopped by to say hello & have a chat while I was waiting. I have never experienced customer service like this dealership has! I just can't say enough about it! Will definitely continue dealing with (& recommending) Brantford Honda for sales and service!

Our sales experience was great. No complaints. But I bought the snow tire package and had them stored at the service department, which had me coming back twice a year to get the tires changed out. For efficiency, I decided to have my vehicle serviced at the same time. This is the slowest vehicle servicing I have ever experienced. I'm not one to post a negative review, but after 3 of the slowest experiences I've ever had, I caution against using them. The word part is that they would tell me to come back at a particular time and I would still be left waiting often a half hour or more.

From the moment I stepped foot on the property, I was treated with the up most respect. All Honda representatives were helpful and pleasant, especially Papa Amoah and Pete Risi. Papa helped with finding me my perfect car and made the whole sales experience easy and pleasant! I would recommend visiting Brantford Honda, ask for Papa!

Adam McKinnon was very helpful. Definitely someone I will continue to do business with. Adam went over the bill in detail, explained everything, he also found a scuff mark on the drivers side rear wheel well which he took some rubbing compound and cleaned it up. First time in 5 years I seen someone go out of his way like Adam did.

Excellent experience. Brad Pikula, sales rep., was a great fellow to deal with as we purchased a non-Honda vehicle. We had to come quite a distance to see it and asked Brad for an honest assessment of the car. He got back to us immediately with a short video and pointed out a couple of paint flaws, scratches and scrapes accurately and honestly. The car was worth the drive...we had checked several similar vehicles and this one was by far the best and at a reasonable price. Brad had the car detailed and repaired as promised in a timely manner and made the effort to minimize our travel. I would send a friend or relative over to Brantford Honda anytime to purchase a vehicle!
