We have been loyal customers here for a few years and between my family we have bought many vehicles. I thought it was just a fluke when we bought an f150 from them and the diff case in the back was catching we had to bring it back they said they apparently "fixed" it and the next day it had an exhaust leak they also "fixed" that within a month it was broken again and cost me nearly 2000$ to fix it ok fine maybe the truck was just a lemon but no it's that their mechanics are careless and don't notice obvious things they should like the GMC Acadia I bought that we didn't know had NO ebreak! As in the parts weren't even there!!!!! That's a HUGE problem how does a vehicle pass safety with no ebreak completely careless and I have 5 children in a car that should have never passed safety!

The service is always great and the people very nice. I live 10 minutes from Orangeville but still take my truck to Wellington because it is so much more enjoyable.

Wellington Motors are true to their word. We purchased a Dodge Dakota last year and were interested in upgrading to a Ram 1500. As promised, Andrew Stevenson, made our dream come true! My husband and I will NEVER go back. When we were buying we were treated like gold, when returning with problems of our vehicle we were ignored and treated so rudely! We spent 8+ hours getting our van fixed of stuff that should have been done during safety. For example; our child was able to open the sliding door WHILE WE WERE DRIVING! this business allowed us to leave with our children in an unsafe vehicle! When bringing it in to get fixed we were given every excuse and we're even told that this is how the doors operate. No!!! This does not meet safety code, once a certain speed is reached the the Doors SHOULD automatically lock! This is just one example. We are so unhappy with the service provided and will never be going back and will never recommend this company.
