Horrible. Never call you back after you’ve called and left messages after something they fixed broke only a short time after. It almost seems like none of them know what the hell they're doing.

Broken promises and excuses are not the path to a better business!

My wife just wanted to buy a new vehicle. While in the process of negotiating a price, was told "I will call you back tomorrow". Well...a week later, in spite of the deposit, she's still waiting to hear back. I get that it can be really busy at work sometimes, but excuses just don't cut it. if you're going to promise something, I think it's really important to keep that promise. The staff would do well to remember "DO WHAT YOU SAY, SAY WHAT YOU MEAN". To be fair, the salesman was good, it was after she looked the vehicle over that this happened. I worked for a GM dealer for 17 years, based on my experience, this is not the path to success I can assure you. The price of the vehicle went up almost $1000.00 from what was originally quoted and other incentives that were to be included are no longer included. WOW, nice way to run a business.

Good sales, good deals,but repair shop so bad,every time after have some service done they scratch inside or outside car, cannot believe it how they are not careful at all.
