Tim Thompson was absolutely amazing !! He helped us pull off a major surprise with our Truck purchase and made sure the process was smooth! Tim went above and beyond to ensure I had all of the details in such a major purchase ! His passion and personality is the reason we decided to go with the Chev-Truck over any other dealership.

Over the past 20+ years, I've purchased in excess of 20 vehicles from Ontario Motor Sales (OMS). In every case, I received excellent customer service from sales consultant Gary Dionne and all of the support staff members at OMS. We purchased 2 vehicles this year and 1, years prior, at OMS. After all 3 experiences with Trevor Edward's, we won't purchase elsewhere. Every single person we came into contact with gave us exceptional service. Trevor is our "go to" guy for our questions, concerns and purchases. He is amazing, a straight shooter and beyond helpful. Even our experience with their auto shop is great. They are polite and accommodating.

Would highly recommend Ontario Motor Sales. Shawn Irwin has the knowledge and patience to help with a purchase that can be a major decision for most. He was able to answer all of our questions and help decide the best vehicle for our needs and budget.
